CONGRATULATIONS!!! to Jane Wood on her B.A.T.S. nomination for Best Choreography - Copacabana. Thoroughly deserved, Well done Jane and everyone involved with what was a superb production!!
FOOTLOOSE - FURTHER AUDITIONS
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who auditioned for Footloose, the standard was exceptionally high, unfortunately we couldn't give everyone a part. Congratulations to those who have been cast and commiserations to those who didn't.

A massive THANK YOU to John,Jason,Peter & Connor for giving us 2 outstanding shows. Thank you to everyone who supported us and also a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped with the production. It was a great success, I don't think I have laughed that much in a long time!!
NODA NOMINATIONS
We are very pleased and proud to announce that we have recieved the following nominations from NODA.
Best Actress in a Lead Role - Zoe Tompkins, Lola Copacabana
Best Choreography - Jane Wood, Copacabana.
Congratulations to the both of you, fingers crossed we'll win both awards. The winners will be announced at the NODA Dinner on Sunday 2nd May.
FOOTLOOSE TICKETS

SHOWCASE 2010, Lowry Theatre, Salford.
'Showcase' is a annual charity event, where approx 8 Manchester based societies perform exerpts from a show of their choice, ending with a massive finale with all the societies. This is performed at the Lowry Theatre in Salford Quays.
Horwich AODS have been invited to be part of this years Showcase and we will be the first society outside the Manchester area to perform at this event, which we feel very honoured about. For our section we'll be performing songs from GREASE.
This one night only event has raised thousands of pounds for charities throughout the region, with a different charity being chosen each year, so your support will be greatly appreciated. Tickets will be on sale shortly, so please get SUNDAY 11th JULY in your diaries!! I assure you this is a brilliant night out which will not dissapoint you!!!
